Exhibition Procedures


1. Exhibitors are required to fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, affix the official seal, and fax or mail it to the organizing committee of the conference.


2. Within 5 working days after registration, the enterprise shall transfer the exhibition fee to the designated account of the conference to determine the booth.


3. The booth, advertisements, etc. will be arranged by the organizing committee in a unified manner, with "apply first, pay first, allocate first".


4. In the event of uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc., the organizing unit may postpone or cancel the exhibition.


5. Special reminder: Renting or reselling the booth is strictly prohibited. It is not allowed to display counterfeit and infringing products, as well as retail exhibits or sell other goods on site in the exhibition hall. Once discovered, the organizing committee will cancel the participation qualification and the booth fee will not be refunded.
